Hyperfore Pigging Manifold Introduction
Hyperfore pigging manifold is composed of several piggable 4-way cylinder valves, it is automated controlled.
When the valve is closed, the upper and lower chambers are independent，when the valve is open, the upper and lower chambers are interconnected.
When the valve is closed, the upper and lower valve chamber separately forms a perfect pigging pipeline, through which pigs can pass with minimal residue, meeting the extremely low residual requirements of applications in industries such as paint, coatings, and dyes.
Furthermore, multiple such valves can perfectly form a dual‐layer valve manifold, providing independent piggable pathways for both upper and lower liquid, minimizing product loss.
