    Sure. Our pigs are made of FDA-compliant materials that are plasticizer-free. They are elastic, robust and maintain a tight seal against the pipe’s inner wall to ensure over 99% product recovery.

    Our aseptic pigging system features hermetic isolation design. The push rod and pig stop never contact the external air, that creates a barrier to prevent the outside bacteria and contaminants from entering the sterile production line.

    The internal profile is engineered to eliminate spots that product residue could hide. This enable CIP(Clean-in-Place) or SIP (Steam-in-Place)agents can reach all internal surfaces, preventing bacteria growth.

    In pigging operation, the pig needs compressed air as the propellant to travel in the pipe. Because in food, beverage, medicine industries, the production procedure usually has strict requirements for sterility. The driving medium that contacts the pipeline should be aseptic, too. So, when we choose compressed air as the driving medium in a pigging system, we must ensure that the compressed air is sterile and it won’t cause product contamination. Therefore, in order to purify the driving air to this standard, a sterile air filtering system is essential.

    The pig is an important part of the pig system. However, the pig is invisible when running in the pipeline, so the pig detector is to help detect the position of the pig along the pipeline.
