How does the detector work

The pig is an important part of the pig system. However,the pig is invisible when running in the pipeline, so the pig detector is to help detect the position of the pig.

The role of pig mechanical speed controller

The mechanical speed controller provides a constant driving force for the pig. As a result, it enables the pig to clean the piggable pipeline in an even speed.

Aseptic product recovery system working principle

The sterile product recovery system allows the recovery of cost intensive products with extremely high requirements for hygiene in the pipeline. On one hand, the pig travels in the pipeline and pushes the product out. On the other hand, CIP can then be used to remove the remaining product film on inside of the pipe wall. Also, the aseptic pigging system significantly reduces water waste and cleaning cost.

The importance of the sterile air filtering system

In fact, the pig needs compressed air or other liquid medium to travel in the pipe. Because in food, beverage, medicine and other similar industries, the production pipeline usually has high requirements for hygiene. So, the driving medium that contacts the pipeline should be aseptic, too. As a result, when we choose compressed air as the driving medium in the pigging system, we must ensure that the hygiene level of the compressed air meets the requirements of relevant industries and cannot cause product pollution. Therefore, in order to purify the driving air, we need a sterile air filtering system.
