Pigging Application in Jelly Candy Industry
Hyperfore has developed a semi-automatic, from single source to single destination sanitary pigging system solution to address the pipeline cleaning problems encountered by a jelly candy manufacturer. The jelly candy production pipeline is with jacketed water heating system, it is designed to maintain the candy in a liquid form. The launching station and the receiving station is manually operated, the size is DN65. We also supplied electric control cabinet to control the automatic components of the system. In this project, our scope of supply is pigging equipment, automation control system, on site commissioning and installation.
By recovering more than 99% of the residue products and largely reducing pipeline cleaning cost, the semi-automatic pigging system helps to generate savings of approximately 420 dollars every day and 10500 dollars every month. It greatly improved the production output and cut down the overall pipe cleaning cost. The jelly candy manufacturer expressed satisfaction with the system’s performance.
